Fantastic Plano Personal Trainer

I wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying the results I’m getting by working out with my Plano personal trainer. She is highly professional, but personable enough to where it feels like I’m working out with a buddy rather than a trainer. She’s also very skillful and knowledgeable about the exercises I need to reach my fitness goals.

My personal trainer in Plano is also very dedicated to teaching me how to maintain my results. I also love how much variety she provides me with. It’s been six months since I started working out with my Plano personal trainer and I haven’t been bored or burnt out with my fitness regimen. I’ve learned the proper way to strength train and I’ve learned multiple ways to do cardio.

Before my trainer came along I thought cardio alone would get the job done; I was wrong. My in-home personal trainer Plano taught me that in order to get faster results as well as results that last, it takes a combination of both cardio and strength training. Getting an in-home personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I don’t know what took me so long to get a personal trainer, but I’m glad I finally did. I plan on continuing my sessions even after I reach my goals. I personally feel that Lady Trainers To Go is a wonderful alternative for anyone who wants to get in shape without joining a gym.

Elliptical Machines – Do You Really Get a Low Impact Fitness Workout?

Some of the elliptical machines sellers claim that a person can burn 700 calories, or more, in an hour of elliptical equipment exercise. However, the actual rate of calorie-burning will depend on a number of factors including the person’s metabolism and the intensity of their workout. Elliptical machines can deliver calorie burning rates that are very similar to what people can achieve with moderate to vigorous use of a cross-country trainer or a treadmill.

The companies that manufacture elliptical machines will often suggest in their advertisements that the ellipticals are a “single solution” and can replace a variety of other exercise equipment. But, most fitness trainers will advise that elliptical equipment exercise is actually best as part of a complete fitness routine that includes other activities and other types of exercise equipment, in order to help people avoid becoming burned out.

Perfect Dallas Personal Trainer

I’d just like to say that I’ve really enjoyed my experience with my Dallas personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go. First of all, they came out and matched me with an ideal trainer that fit my personality. My Dallas personal trainer is highly energetic and very flexible in her scheduling. This kind of flexibility is very important to me since my schedule tends to vary. My time is valuable, and my trainer understands that. This is why my trainer has made sure that all of my workouts pinpoint my fitness needs.

My personal trainer in Dallas also has a wonderful personality. She is friendly, supportive, encouraging and empathetic to my fitness needs. Working out at home with a personal trainer has been an amazing experience. I get privacy, convenience, and the results have been tremendous. I have lost weight, increased my strength, and enhanced my endurance. These incredible results have kept my energy high throughout the day, allowing me to accomplish much more than before. Not only do I look better, but I feel better!

My Dallas personal trainer is also creative in her techniques. She has kept my exercises full of variety so I stay interested and motivated to reach my goals. Usually I get bored with exercise, but that hasn’t happened since I started with Lady Trainers To Go. I can’t say enough good things about it! Working out with a Dallas personal trainer has been a wonderful experience and I’m certainly going to continue using them. If you want to get in shape, I highly recommend them.
