First of all, they came out and matched me with an ideal trainer that fit my personality. My Dallas personal trainer is highly energetic and very flexible in her scheduling. This kind of flexibility is very important to me since my schedule tends to vary. My time is valuable, and my trainer understands that. This is why my trainer has made sure that all of my workouts pinpoint my fitness needs.

My personal trainer in Dallas also has a wonderful personality. She is friendly, supportive, encouraging and empathetic to my fitness needs.
